Caregivers work as independent contractors for the agency. Hourly rates are set for childcare based on the number and ages of the children. Elder care and housekeeping rates are set based on the specifics of each individual job. Hourly rates are charged at time-and-a-half for the following major holidays: New Year's Eve (night), New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, the 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve (night), and Christmas Day. The registration fee is charged on an annual basis to customers who have had jobs in the last four months. If you do not wish to renew with our agency, please call us 30 days prior to your annual registration date. *Payment of an Annual Registration for any single service covers all other services. **Same day, after hours for next day & non-business hours service requests of an urgent nature. (All fees and rates subject to change.) ***Less than five business hours.
